Every third weekend in May, the Union of Cities celebrates the "Day of the Hansa". In many towns and cities, exhibitions, city tours and activities related to the Hanseatic League take place on this weekend. This day invites people in the Hanseatic cities to immerse themselves in the Hanseatic history of their city and at the same time to experience being part of a European network today.
Once again this year, the Day of THE HANSA will be celebrated in several Hanseatic cities on the 3rd weekend in May. The exact locations and dates can be found in the calendar of events.
