Between grassy hills and small rivers in the heart auf the Sauerland area, you find the tourist destination Medebach. Lovely decorated apartments, little farms and the Center Parcs Park Hochsauerland open the doors to their holiday homes, which are especially well equipped for the needs of families and kids. By visiting the huge area of a climbing parcours, hiking through the mystic forrets with a special explorer backpack for kids or by joining one of the guided mountain bike tours – exciting days lay ahead of everyone – kids and their parents. Even on a rainy day action will be guaranteed when taking a swim in the indoor swimming pool Aqua Mundo with its racy slides. Hikers will find their pleasure on the 66 km long Medebacher Bergweg which connecs the town with all its little villages. Many holiday homes along the way are specifically classified to host hikers as they offer lunch packages and luggage transfers.
