The charming Christmas Market Brakel takes place every year on the Thursday before the second Sunday of Advent. Showmen, vendors, and non-profit organizations transform the Brakel market square into a wonderful winter wonderland. The Christmas Market is organized by the Brakel Business Association in close cooperation with the Brakel city administration.
