44th International Hanseatic Day Gdansk

From June 13-16, 2024, the 44th International Hanseatic Day took place in the Polish city of Gdansk under the motto "Change begins here".

Gdańsk, which is rightly considered one of the most dynamic economic and cultural centers in Central Europe, was the ideal place for a Hanseatic Day: the city has become not only a source of centuries of history and rich heritage, but also a symbol of change and progress. The change that begins here also includes sustainable development, social innovation, economic growth based on values, equality and integration. To implement these goals, a Mayors´Summit was held for the first time during the International Hanseatic Day in Gdańsk.
