The high-quality Bourgogne truffle is a delicacy found in the Gotlandic soil. During November 14–16 the Truffle festival is arranged with a program that includes seminars, a ceremony in the cathedral, a six-course dinner at the Clarion Wisby Hotel. Truffles are included in every dish, and the menu is created by Gotland’s best chefs.
